The thoughts behind the painting:
The salmon knows the way home. Born in still waters, it braves the salt of the sea and, with unfailing strength, returns upstream to its origin. 
Its journey speaks to us: never give up. 
We too begin in a place meant to shelter us, a home of love and safety. When that sanctuary is broken or absent, life calls us onto a different path—the search for the self.Along the way we ask: why is our feeling for security missing, where is the love, do we love ourselves? Step by step, the path teaches us: to care for the inner child, to release pain, to find strength in tenderness. 
And when we arrive, we find that home is not a place but a truth within—where we can finally say: 
I am who I am.
