The thoughts behind the painting:
Abuse in childhood leaves scars that time alone cannot erase. On this canvas, the truth rises — painful, undeniable, yet also freeing.
Two figures face one another, their crowns aflame with feathers of red and gold. Between them glows a heart held by both, from which breath ascends like white smoke, dissolving into the air. At their sides, phoenix palms rise in green resilience, ancient symbols of renewal.Beneath, the surface shifts: layers of handmade and parchment paper cut and stacked like strata of memory. 
Fine ink lines sketch faint figures into this terrain, fragments of the past caught in fog. 
Each cut, each layer, embodies the weight of silence, the hidden wounds carried for years.Yet above these collaged depths, color ignites. Yellow, orange, and red blaze across the canvas — hues of fire and rebirth. From the layered ground of pain emerges light, palms flourish, and the heart burns bright. 
The painting speaks of transformation: abuse released, self-love reclaimed, and a soul renewed like a phoenix rising through its own layered history.
